Brightest Yuletide Blessings!

"The darkness of this longest night holds many lessons. One of the most powerful is the awareness that hope and light spring forth from deepest darkness. Here, indeed, is the message “that the darkest hour comes just before the dawn”. As we wait quietly in the darkness, we honor the stillness and the mystery of the night, and light candles or a Yule log to summon the sun’s return. In the summoning of the sun, we work in partnership with Nature to preserve balance. Similarly, when faced with difficult challenges in our lives, we are partners with the Universe in manifesting hope out of despair."-HeartWorks Healing Arts
It is my sincerest wish that everyone has had a most beautiful Yule as well as a very Merry Christmas, Hanukkah and any other holiday that is observed and celebrated this time of year. As the quote above indicates, Yule holds many lessons and that light will spring forth from the deepest darkness! Due to my Grandmother passing away earlier this month, I had to fly out to Arizona to be with family which left this issue falling behind and to that I apologize.
It is my hope that as everyone has now settled down a bit after all the holiday hooplah, you can sit quietly with your favorite brew and browse through the pages this of this latest issue of of Ye Olde Witches Brew Magazine! This issue is all about healing, contemplation, rest and reflection! Everything from healing foods, to using feng shui as well as using the power of crystals to heal. Once again, Nadia Romanov dishes out some glorious Winter Magick in her Column K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Spells)...
This issue has also given me the pleasure of interviewing Paranormal Author Devin O'Branagan! Along with this wonderful interview, I have also had the opportunity to read and review her latest novel, Threshold-released in November 2011! Make sure you make your way to take a peek into the life and writing of Devin along with the glowing review of Threshold which can be purchased on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Kindle Store UK, and Kindle Store DE as well as Devin's own online bookstore which you can receive an autographed copy
