A native Californian, I am the sole great-granddaughter of Rebecca Romanov, the renowned Romanian Gypsy of Busteni, Romania. I was named for her mother, the original Nadia Romanov. My great grandmother, Rebecca, came to America in her early 20’s and maintained our Gypsy heritage, and her extraordinary skills in tarot card, and tea leaf divination. Prior to her passing at age 86, she passed her knowledge along to me, and encouraged and nurtured my own natural magickal abilities, which were evident in me, even at a very young age.
While I obviously am descended from a magickal heritage, and magick has always been a part of me and my life, I have practiced as a solitary witch in the Wiccan tradition for nearly a decade. I have extensively studied many magickal and religious traditions including (but not limited to) Gypsy Magick, Kabbalistic Magick, Celtic Witchcraft, the Druidic path, Faery Wicca, and more. I have incorporated my knowledge from my studies, my lineage & family heritage, and years of dedication to the Path, into my personal practice.
I have been blessed to have two successful online metaphysical/witchy shoppes (Sexy Witchy and By Light of the Moon). (Both are now being combined to form the most magickal shopping experience I can conceive of – stay tuned!)
I am the proud (and single) mother of three wonderful teenagers. We have 3 cats, and 4 parakeets. We currently reside in Los Angeles.
