Skeletons In Her Closet: Artist Josie Ditzler

Seasonal Whimsies and Folk Artist, Josie Ditzler takes you on her dark journey through her artwork! Her eclectic, whimsical, unusal and sometimes dark and creepy style makes her unique; captivating you to take a closer and even closer look at her beautiful work. I am thrilled that she has allowed me to showcase her work here at Ye Olde Witches Brew and I seriously hope you enjoy her work as much as I do. Like she says: "Hey! It's Dark In Here!"~ Boo!! Let's Begin!~

"My name is Josie Ditzler and I am a Halloween Artist. I've always been drawn to the unusual, the unique, and the bizarre and it inevitably reflects in my art. I am self-taught and dabble in many mediums but I favor sculpture and woodcarving. My style is eclectic & whimsical. I sometimes do create art for other holidays but Halloween is my all-time favorite--there are so many possibilities! Just click on my pics for my most recent art-Halloween & otherwise.

Please stop by Ebay to visit my auctions under the user name skeletoninmycloset. I do work fulltime so my time is limited that I can spend creating but I do try to list at least one thing a week.

I am a proud member of the ebay Halloween Artists groups HA31 (Halloween Artists Gathering 31), and AHQU (Artistic Halloween Queens Unite). I've started a new ebay artists group with a good friend that encompasses ALL Holiday Art that we call BWBA (Because We Believe - Art). I am also a member of the off-the-wall doll group, MRSBO (Mrs Blathersby's Orphanage for the Unattractive and Mentally Unsound) and DAG (Dark Artists Guild) for creepy art that doesn't quite fit the other categories."

Josie is a delightful person to know! As talented in her yard as she is with her art! I have the privledge of being a member in a couple of art groups and she is just so much fun!!! Her art is out of price range but maybe someday, by accident I shall own one of her awesome pieces.
