There's No Bones About This Artist: b.l.ink Artist Robert Lee

Once again, here is an amazing artist with such Original work that Ye Olde Witches Brew just couldn't paas thiso ne up! Robert Lee is the Artist behind b.l.ink Art and the work he does is absolutely priceless! To describe the medium he uses is quoted by Mr.Lee

""First a little about the art I sell. I create Pen & Ink drawings with Micron and Prismacolor Pens on Strathmore Bristol Board. I use stippling on most, but not all of my artwork. Stippling is the use of dots that blend together to shade, form detail and show the gradual passing of one tone or color into another. This is a very time consuming and labor intensive style, but I enjoy it.

Most, but not all, of what I will be showing here will be in the ACEO (which stands for Art Cards, Editions and Originals) format, and they measure just 2.5" x 3.5" in size.

A.C.E.O.- Art Cards -Editions and Originals... fit in a standard trading card sleeve, or can be matted and framed. They are an affordable way to own, collect and/or trade original works of art."

The time and effort this takes truly shows just how amazing this Artist is, in addition to being very unique. To know a little more about b.l.ink Artist, Rober Lee, here is a brief story he will share.

"I was born in 1965 in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and to my dismay I discovered that I was not part of a wealthy family. I was so upset that for months all I could do was cry. After a while though I figured out that wasn't doing any good, so I settled down, dried my tears, and got on with life. My life has been alright for the most part.

I am a single dad of a 14yr old son. Our home also has three rescued "kids", they are our dog- Rufus and my son's cat- Kitty, and the bird- Bobby, who belongs to no one but himself. For the most part I live in my little red house in Ionia, Michigan, taking my son to his sporting activities or playing various sports with him. I spend my free time either drawing, or fixing the improvements others have made to my house. I have blue eyes, a small bit of grey around the edges of my dark hair, a forehead that seems to keep slipping higher, and the rest....it changes as time goes on.
I guess I am a self taught artist, unless two years of high school art counts as training. I don't paint, never learned how, I used pencils for years until I found pens. Been using them ever since, I like working with ink and I hope it shows.

My art hangs in the homes of my family and friends, and, in private collections in the U.S, Canada, Great Britain and Europe. Most of my work has ended up in landfills because when I was done with it, it was time to move on, so I would just throw it away."
